Have been prone to depression for many years, and after my last episode I asked my GP for a referral to a psychologist. It is amazing how positive a difference it makes to take some sort of affirmative action. Since lining up the referral I’ve felt really good.

I had an initial assessment the other day and although there is a four week waiting list before I commence any session work, the experience confirmed for me that I am doing a good thing for myself and I hope to see some real improvement in my sense of self worth and confidence.
