I’m tired of being nice. There are many good volunteers, but there are one or two who have good intentions but create a lot of hard work, and have their own different idea of how things should run and of what is of benefit to the organisation. This week has been a long week, into work every day to help with preparations for various events during Hospice week. It is nearly over thank goodness, just one more event tomorrow. Back to a two day week next week. I think I’ll be using the gift voucher some friends gave me for a back massage very soon.
I am in the process of moving web sites from one host to the other. I’ve just discovered the job will be made more difficult by the fact that the old host is not providing proper database backups. The old host has still not addressed the other problems since their upgrade weeks ago. At least I am paid up with them until October, so there is no huge rush to move things over.
