My mum has been experiencing quite a bit of heartburn lately, like tonight we had beef chow mein and she didn’t eat all of it because of heartburn. I told her she should create a list of everything that gives you this heartburn and avoid them.

She then told me everything gives her heartburn. So then I decided to look up info on diets for people that experience heartburn and that’s how I discovered the Acid Reflux Diet and the link to the website I found even had sample menus and here it is:

Ilse and Dita like playing with their toys, and occasionally Ilse finds a toy that belongs to Dita in the yard. And when she does she just picks it up and shows off with it by running in big circles repeatedly. Like just moments ago Ilse found a fabric frisbee type object that belongs to Dita, and I laughed out loud when she ran towards me. As somehow Ilse managed to get her head through the hole in the middle while she was carrying it. How I wished that I had my camera on me but this will do.

My sister Liss took me to a local fair in Laidley recently, and we both brought a jar of rosella jam. And on the way home Liss was telling me that she has rosella jam on toast, and I told her that I usually have porridge in the morning, and Liss then suggested putting some rosella jam on my porridge.

Well I put three teaspoons of rosella jam on my porridge this morning, and it was really nice. As it took away the blandness. Then sometime after I told my mother how nice jam was with porridge, and mum told dad and so he might try it next.

Yesterday my sister Liss took me to Redbank, and we watched the Dark Knight which was Heath Ledger’s last completed movie. I also thought he played the Joker real well.

And in the movie there was a love triangle as a woman named Rachel went out with a lawyer named Harvey but she also has feelings for Bruce Wayne. She eventually chooses Harvey, but unfortunately she dies as she and Harvey is trapped and tied up in separate buildings that have bombs that are ticking away. But even so they could talk to one another. Batman went to get Harvey while Commissioner Gordon went to get Rachel but there was very little time left and he saw the building that Rachel was in blow up.

Also the one Harvey was in blows up too, but Batman got him out. However Harvey ends up in hospital with a scared face.

The Joker then finds the hospital that Harvey was in and succeeds in turning him against civilisation, and then as Harvey is grieving Rachel he turns into a killer and out of respect of what Harvey originally tried to do this I think is covered up by Commissioner Gordon and Batman.
