A Messy Job
April 9th, 2009 @ 7:14 am

Before I go out somewhere I get the bag of bones out of the freezer the night before. So when they are defrosted I can give Ilse one to occupy herself while I’m gone.

But this has proven to be a messy job. And when I spoke to mum about it she suggested that I should put the bag of bones in water for a while as what it does when a person takes it out of the water and put them in the freezer is make the bones freeze separately.

So now that I know to do that all I have to do when I do it is to take one bone out.

    Hi,

I discovered later after writing this post that it wasn’t what my mum said at all. Oh well the problems with being partially death as what she actually told me was to place the bag of bones in a bucket of hot water for a better way to defrost them. And then freeze the bones separately, but then I find this takes up to much room in the freezer, and to avoid this that another idea is to wrap the bones up separately with cling wrap and then place these bones in the freezer in another bag.
