Noticeable ChangesApril 7th, 2007 @ 8:08 am
When I went out with Liss on Wednesday, we returned home and as my sister brought lunch I had lunch in the main house instead of in my flat. Ilse didn’t like this much. As she was protesting by making a bit of noise despite that I gave her a dog biscuit, and then had to return to squirt her with water and she only ate the dog biscuit when I returned to my flat.
Anyway, as we are encouraging Ilse to be on the quiet side, since then we have noticed she has been even more quieter when I go out and leave her to have tea with mum and dad, and also mum has noticed that lately Ilse doesn’t become noisey when she prepares our dog’s dinner nor when she arrives with Ilse’s food either.

When it was Easter Liss came out, and our brother Peter also came out too with his family.
Then as we all were having lunch together, I left Ilse in my flat again; but this time there wasn’t any protest from her.

Then another change that I have noticed, is when I groom Ilse out with a comb and slicker brush; as I find she is now more accepting of it, even licking the back of my free hand when I groom her.
